Starting the new year with a Scandinavian favourite
Welcome to the new year! In 2026, we’ll continue to explore global cuisine in Primirest canteens as part of our Gastro Calendar. And we’re kicking things off in January with a Swedish classic that many of us can’t help but associate with a visit to a certain popular furniture store.
In the third week of the month, our menus will feature köttbullar, Swedish meatballs, served with a smooth and sweet cranberry cream sauce, steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes. A perfect winter dish from one of the toughest nations in Europe when it comes to cold weather!
