How do we cook?

Balanced, rich, and fun food for the children

Classic and beloved "granny's and mummy's" dishes are carefully combined with new recipes. Local ingredients are mixed with those introduced from abroad, creating a much-desired modern and diverse menu. Regularly trained are turning all of this into an attractive and delicious mix that children look forward to every day. All these blend into the daily lunch menu by Primirest, where the quality of food is always our top priority. After all, we are the school cafeteria you'll fall in love with.

  • An attractive presentation with a selection of fresh, colourful sliced vegetables and fruits together with playful eco-friendly packaging appeal even to the pickiest children's tastes
  • Our yoghurt and quark desserts and snacks or fermented dairy products are always added-sugar free, and we finish and pack them in our facilities

Seasonal week each month

special

Flavours from both distant and neighbouring countries, carnival menus, or even a special fish week – variety is one of the cornerstones in our Primirest cafeterias and restaurants. Every third week of the month we take it to the next level with our regular culinary event, the Gastrocalendar. During the week, we serve unusual dishes in cafeterias across the country, and the children eagerly anticipate them.

We know children’s tastes. What do they like to eat the most?

Every day, we prepare meals for almost 30 000 pupils in over 260 school restaurants, which gives us quite a comprehensive overview. Take a look below to see what children prefer to eat within seven different dish categories.
