Traditional Czech recipes are among the treasures that are passed down from generation to generation. Try to start discovering them with us and remember your ancestors. Out of respect for tradition and our history, we can build on the culinary heritage of our country together.
As a recipe of the month, we will offer our diners in all school restaurants and Primirest canteens (as a part of CulinaryCalendar) meatballs with mushroom ragout in the third week of November. As a side dish, our brand chef Tomáš Cikhart chose tasty and rich spaetzle.
