A colourful Easter treat everyone will love

Nature is waking up, everything’s turning green, and Easter is just around the corner – hooray! Let’s bring spring and its favourite holiday into our school canteens. In the third week of March, our Gastro Calendar will serve up a delicious Easter-inspired treat.

What does a colourful Easter spring look like on a plate? Think chicken drumsticks roasted with fragrant spring herbs, served with pea-studded bulgur and glazed carrots. The freshness of spring meets Easter abundance in a dish that brightens the day with colour – and leaves everyone happily full.

Starting the new year with a Scandinavian favourite

Welcome to the new year! In 2026, we’ll continue to explore global cuisine in Primirest canteens as part of our Gastro Calendar. And we’re kicking things off in January with a Swedish classic that many of us can’thelp but associate with a visit to a certain popular furniture store.

In the third week of the month, our menus will feature köttbullar, Swedish meatballs, served with a smooth and sweet cranberry cream sauce, steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes. A perfect winter dish from one of the toughest nations in Europe when it comes to cold weather! 
A Christmas feast doesn’t have to mean fried carp and potato salad

All children love Christmas. But not all of them love carp, and even fewer are keen on potato salad. Still, fish belongs on the traditional Czech festive table, and this December, our Gastro Calendar is giving the favourite fish fillet with mash a tasty upgrade.
